The Guardian are war criminals

This piece is just breathtaking…

The editor of the Guardian, Katharine Viner, is basically saying that you can’t disagree with the official line. There’s no room for dissent. There’s no arguement, even when it involves butchering millions of people in North Africa and the Middle East.

In America the media have long been corporate entities pumping out lies and propaganda. In France the media have traditionally been slavish to the Establishment. In Britain, though, there has been quite a notable change in the media landscape among the respected news organisations. This seemed to happen after the Snowden revelations started coming out in 2013 and by 2015 once respected organisations like the Guardian and the BBC had become mouthpieces for Washington’s propaganda. They didn’t seem to care that ever greater numbers of people were seeing through the propaganda and they were losing audiences in droves. The western world no longer has a free press. I suppose the real wake-up call should have come in 2011 with Fukushima, because almost immediately there was a complete media blackout about the disaster which continues to this day.

I can only hope for the day when Viner & Co are put on trial as war criminals, because that’s what they are.
