Gilets Jaunes Acte 46

After the summer lull they are back on the streets again in much greater numbers, for the 46th consecutive week of protests. For those unfamiliar with all this, here’s a little taste of what yellow vest (gilets jaunes) protestors have to face…

This is going on in France (some of the worst police violence today took place in Toulouse) in the European Union in 2019. If you want further background info on these protests see:

    Seems quite dangerous in Paris.
A knife-wielding employee has killed three officers and one administrative worker at police headquarters in the centre of the French capital, Paris.

The attacker, who has not been named, was shot dead by police.

Witnesses described scenes of panic, with many people fleeing the building in tears. The area in the île de la Cité has been sealed off.

The attack comes a day after police went on strike across France over increasing violence towards officers.

    Hello Rob,
would it be possible for you to let us know has 46 weeks of Yellow Vest activity
    reduced the gdp of France?

Hello Rob, are the French police nearing the ned of their tether?
So many suicides and deaths, mostly this is Macron having them at the ready to deal with Yellow Vest protesters.
Things must be at breaking strain.

In Dear Old Blighty we are going to have 20,000 more police officers because times are expected to turn nasty with Cliff Edge Brexit in twenty five days time, there is talk of the new Prime minister being dragged out of ten Downing Street in hand cuffs.

Interior Minister Christophe Castaner warned the terror risk was “high” to “very high” across the country following last Friday’s deadly attack which took place in the heart of the French capital, near to Notre-Dame cathedral. Mr Castaner said 59 terror attacks had been prevented by police since 2003, including three since the beginning of the year.

Looks like the U.K. is leaving without any deals.
    The end is nigh.
